Get My Bearings

This is a quick bullet hell game with a purposefully nonsensical story I made for my first Game Jam. It's free to play and could use 2 gallons of polish (especially the animation and sound design), but it's absolutely functional. The gameplay revolves around manipulating the path of your bullets, since instead of them just going straight, they will home in on your mouse cursor, forcing you to think differently about how you attack. You can also reverse a bullets flow of time by using the time shield or the time wheel projectile.  It's inspired by poorly translated games from the 80s and 90s. 

CONTROLS:

1. WASD: Movement
2. LEFT SHIFT (HELD): Sprint
3. LEFT CLICK: Shoot
4. Q: Toggle Time Shield
5. E: Deploy Time Wheel
6. R: Reload
7. ESC (HELD): Return to main menu
8. SPACE: Dodge
9. F1: Toggle statistics (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)
